| One of my top priorities will be to re-legalize industrial hemp and provide the resources to help small farmers make the transition. Eliminating the tax breaks that give commercial farms undue advantages, and replacing them with tax incentives to the smaller independent farms will revitalize our local economies. Another top priority will be to expand access to health care for all Hoosiers. This will require immediate actions and long range planning. Expand Medicaid and HIP. Rein in the out of control profiteering of pharmaceutical companies. Allow women access to the full range of health care services they need and deserve. |
